"Meie Kate armastab pisikesi Botoxi süste," kirjutas dr Somji postituses. Esimesel fotol on hertsoginna Catherine'i näol kortsukesed, teisel aga paistab kolme lapse ema siledate palgetega. "Pange tähele vagude vähenemist laubal," täheldab ilukirurg. Tema sõnul tasub tähele panna ka kulmu välimiste otste kõrget positsiooni.

New York Post seletab, et nn baby Botox, millele dr Somji viitab, seisneb arvukate väikeste botuliintoksiinisüstide tegemises vastandina üksikutele suurematele doosidele. Nii on tulemus loomulikuma moega. Ilukirurgi sõnul kasutab 90% tema patsientidest just seda värskendusmeetodit ning on väga rahul, sest tulemus kestab veel 3-4 kuud pärast protseduuri. 

Ilukirurgi postitust on paljud fännid laikinud, kuid leidub neidki, kes nimetavad tema sissekannet õelaks. New York Post palus Kensingtoni paleelt kommentaari. Cambridge'i hertsogipaari esindaja eitab dr Somji väiteid kategooriliselt.
