Graffiti writer who has been around for 10 years...knows best that the style purity and the lettering style is the main thing about the graffiti piece, masterpiece or mural. And the characters, backround is the art part of it! You can see this kind of "body parts" mural by NICER, new york...TATS Cru. And it was done in style and with humor. This new york artist would be ashamed to say that he didn´t accomplish photorealistic stuff in 9hours...but did this "winner" childrens crayon- style poo on the wall.
The "internet peacekeeper" here is the organizer of this event...who appologizes his/her stupidity with rough and rugged style talk. You cant talk stuff and just make things right by saying all the things that you feel and hope to be right. There is specific history, artist and followers who make the rules, claim the truth! This is not the arguing point whatkind of styles there are used. There is no style in this godforsaken handyman piece. There were many styles throughout the competition...but the winner is the worst style, worst technique. I would be mad if it took me 9 hours to do this s*it. Study the graffiti history before you start calling people ghetto graffiti writers. If your event was low standard TOY(beginner or bad graffiti WRITER) fest- just be quiet and admit it!
Your event is a fake hiphop role modeling 1 on 1... and making the kids to feel cool...in reality they all pay money, see some second rated hiphop dancers- street performers who are innit for the money also and then you are there just for the money! All the little kids are taught wrong because of you and they think that everyone can be graffiti artist...so you make it all look too cheap!
You cant buy spirit, friendship and skills!!!!!!
The point is that if you painted 10 years and now you studied some art...and started to do thiskind of cr*p....you should be doing something else maybe!!??

...There actually IS a letter structure. And the event was called Street Art Jam and not "gettogetherforgraffitiwriters". (You should better learn your english before splitting anything)

Dude, you best check yo' facts before spewin' poop all over the net. The winner there IS a WRITER, and has been one for around 10 years, i think. The fact that he's also studied art doesn't make him less a writer. I'd say it just makes him a better writer. And technique isn't everything, as a proper writer you should know this, and anyway some people like to make their pieces ROUGH and RUGGED on purpose. I believe they call it style ... Peace out bro!

it was graffiti fest ,but winner is artist ,wtf? there is no letter structure and it not even clean work!
jury even don`t understand graffiti it self!
before this fest in Tallinn was supergrafika jam ,so it was for artists ,but not for graffiti writers!

C'mon! See on kunst! Seekord oli see täiesti legaalne. Kui linn selle ürituse tarbeks loa seinu sodida andis siis miks mitte? Neid ju niikuinii ei kasutata. Lol.

Seal oleks pidanud nende pläkerdajate nimed kirja panema - pärast hea käia politseiga kontrollimas neid ja vajadusel kokku korjata, kui kusagil jälle uued "tööd" on tekkinud. Rõve sodimine. Peaksid ise need seinad kõik puhtaks küürima, mis ära solgitud.
