22aastane Rashford jagas Twitteris kaanefotot, kus ta poseerib koos vaimse tervise propageerija ja modelli Adwoa Aboah'ga. Rashford pälvis Daily Maili teatel Vogue'i tunnustuse selle eest, et ta oli nõudnud vaestest peredest pärit lastele tasuta koolitoitu ning sundinud Briti valitsust oma plaane ümber tegema.
